Cayman National acquires HL Fiduciaries Limited

Cayman National Bank and Trust Company, based in Hope Street, Douglas, has completed the acquisition of the clients of specialist fiduciary  service provider HL Fiduciaries Limited, from the shareholders of local Chartered Accountants, Harding Lewis Limited.

The staff of HL Fiduciaries, Lee Penrose and Dianne Bird, have joined Cayman National’s fiduciary team.

Managing director of Cayman National, Ian Bancroft, commented: ‘We are delighted to welcome the clients of HL Fiduciaries to our group.  Cayman National and HL Fiduciaries share a common belief in delivering a high quality, personalised service, and we extend a warm welcome to our new clients.’

Roz Melia, head of fiduciary services at Cayman National, added: ‘Lee Penrose and Dianne Bird bring with them a wealth of experience in business development and corporate administration and they will be valuable additions to our team.’

Andrew Gerrard, director of HL Fiduciaries added: ‘We are delighted to have successfully completed the transfer of business from HL Fiduciaries to Cayman National, and know that our clients will continue to be looked after with the same professionalism and enthusiasm in the course of their dealings with Cayman National. This transaction will enable us to concentrate on our own core accountancy business of Harding Lewis Limited.’
