Police are investigating a driving matter which occurred at approximately 10:40am on Saturday 23rd November 2013 in the area of the 32nd Milestone on the A18, Mountain Road.
The vehicles involved were an Orange Ford Focus ST & a Black Subaru Impreza.
There were numerous other people using the road at this time and we would particularly like to speak with the drivers of two vans who were in the area.
