Gareth Morris scored twice in the final five minutes as they fought back from 2-1 down to see off Vikings A.
Oli Webster netted the other for the westerners.
Alex Cain and Andrew Harding were on target for Vikings who are showing signs of improvement.
Reigning champions Bacchas A made it two wins out of two after seeing off their B side 7-1.
An Alex Whiting hat-trick led the romp with Tom Wilson, Jamie Brown, Jonny Callow and Andy Vernon-Browne adding the others.
Sam Riordan scored for the B team.
Two goals from Juan Kermeen and one from Ben Curtis ensured Ramsey A edged out Castletown A in a five goal contest.
Regular marksmen Paul Kelly and Christian Steriopolous replied for Town.
In the PWC Women’s Premier League, champions Vikings A maintained their blistering start to the campaign.
Hat-tricks from Katie Errock and Kim Carney, and one apiece from Sarah Blackman and Breesha Foxton, fired them to an 8-0 success over Castletown A.
Bacchas A showed character to come back from an opening day demolition, overcoming a 2-0 half-time deficit to defeat Valkyrs A.
They led 2-0 at the break though Tams Cleaveley and Chloe Lace only for Chelsea Goulding, Erin Murphy and Helen Thomas to fire Bacchas A to the points.
Ramsey A overcame a spirited Bacchas B side in a 5-3 victory.
Vicki Garner (two), Christine Kermeen, Ellen Robinson and Julie Chesterton scored the goals with Georgia Perry, Niamh Goddard and Sam Franklin finding the net for Bacchas.
