Many of the Island's sport stars and coaches are attending the latest Kelly Holmes Education Sporting Excellence Programme Talent Day at the National Sports Centre.
The topic is Coping with Injury.
Among the tutors are former Olympic and World Champion rower Toby Garbett and Great Britain international athlete Dani Christmas.
Dame Kelly Holmes is unable to attend today as she prepares for her first ever duathlon tomorrow but she did address the attendees live via a video call.
Today's workshops opened with a question and answer session hosted by Manx Radio Sports Editor Tim Glover.
