Prosecution sums up case at Attorney General's trial

by isleofman.com 11th February 2014
A jury has been told the Island's Attorney General embarked "on a series of falsehoods and lies" to "cover his tracks and conceal his wrongdoing".
The prosecution alleges the action of 52 year old Stephen Harding of Greeba blemished an otherwise spotless legal record.
It's summing up its case at the trial of Mr Harding at Douglas courthouse.
He denies a charge of perjury and acts against public justice relating to the winding-up of Island business Street Heritage in 2010
