Dowd against use of television replays

English elite referee Phil Dowd made a presentation to players and officials at a meeting last night at St. George's clubhouse.
The highlight of his own career so far is his appointment for the 2012 F.A. Cup Final between Chelsea and Liverpool.
He says the main theme of any discussions he has with people is consistency.
However, Phil Dowd doesn't believe the game will adopt the level of television replays used in Rugby and Cricket:-Clip 1
