Island teenager offered deal by Morecambe FC

Teenage Laxey and Isle of Man footballer Tom Cowley has been offered a contract by Morecambe FC.

It follows a successful trial with the English League Two side.

The deal is a two-year professional scholarship.

The 16-year-old previously had trials with Glasgow Rangers, Leeds United, Norwich City and Tranmere Rovers.
