?6 million in cuts for DOI

Six million pounds worth of savings will need to be made by the Island’s new Infrastructure Minister over the next 12 months.

That’s the task facing Rushen member Laurence Skelly after he stepped into the role vacated by David Cretney.

Mr Skelly acknowledges being part of the new-look government will involve difficult and unpopular decisions.Clip 1
