Island marks no-smoking day

It's National No Smoking Day today.

The annual event aims to encourage more smokers to quit the habit, and offers help and advice to try and ensure as many people as possible are successful in their attempt.

The theme for this year's day is "V for Victory" and Health Psychologist and Tobbaco Lead on the Island Anita Imberger says whilst quitting smoking is difficult, options are available to help smokerswin the fight.Clip 1
