FA investigates match official abuse

The Isle of Man Football Association says any abuse of referees and linesmen won’t be tolerated – after two incidents in a fortnight.

In both cases, match officials were pushed by players, something the FA says it takes extremely seriously.

In an email to clubs, the Association says it will investigate both incidents – with the threat of match bans for those involved and charges for clubs who can’t control their players.
