Sex attacker leaves ?100,000 donation to Island arts centre

A former scout leader and teacher who police say was responsible for a string of sex attacks against children in the UK has left ?100,000 to a cultural centre in the south of the Island.

Chris Dobson’s crimes came to light after his death in 2012 when child pornography was found in his Essex home.

But when his will was read in January, the huge donation to the Erin Arts Centre in Victoria Square in Port Erin was revealed.
