Tribute paid to 'driving force' in education

Tribute has been paid to a driving force in education in the Isle of Man.
Dr Ian Killip, was principal of the Isle of Man College from 2006 until his retirement in 2010 having previously spent six years as deputy principal.
His successor as principal, and now Department of Education chief executive Professor Ronald Barr, said Dr Killip made a "substantial" contribution and enhanced both further education and vocational education.Clip 1
