Last chance to celebrate Trust's anniversary

by isleofman.com 16th March 2014
There's a last opportunity to celebrate the Manx Wildlife Trust's 40th anniversary today.

The Trust has been holding a series of events throughout the last year and a final Spring Walk takes place this afternoon at 2pm.

It's at Cooildarry nature reserve and all are welcome.

A list of "40 wild things" to do during the year was compiled at the outset of the celebrations, which included everything from seeing orchards at Close Sartfield to putting up a birdbox.

There are prizes for all those who completed the whole list.

The deadline date for submission of completed challenge lists is Easter Saturday, April 19th and they should be sent to Duncan Bridges at the offices of the Manx Wildlife Trust in Peel.

Any photos of people taking part in challenges are also welcome.
