Chief Minister backs ?775,000 spent on consultants

The decision to spend three-quarters of a million pounds on consultants to review the Island’s national insurance fund was justified.

So says the Chief Minister who believes social care chiefs required outside advice on the issue to help them deliver long-term savings.

Allan Bell MHK says government ministers were informed about the plans and authorised the review.Clip 1
