Fire station expansion plans

by isleofman.com 30th March 2014
The Department of Home Affairs has applied for permission to expand Douglas Fire Station.

In a planning application, the department says it wants to build an extra vehicle bay on the side of the building closest to McDonalds.

If it’s given the go-ahead, the department says the extra bay would mean it could store another fire engine on the site on Peel Road.

You can find out more about the application on the government’s website gov.im
