by isleofman.com 30th March 2014
Police are hunting burglars who stole thousands of pounds worth of computer gear from a store in Douglas.

Officers say those responsible broke into Walton’s Digital World on Peel Road between 4.30am and 5.30am on Saturday.

They took a number of Acer laptops worth around ?2,000 from display shelves but didn’t take any batteries or charger leads.

Police are asking people to come forward if they saw anything suspicious in the area at the time or if they’re offered a laptop for sale.

If you have any information you can contact police on 631212 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
