Work of Cycle bid starts

Work on bringing the British National Cycling Road Race Championship to the Isle of Man in 2016 is underway.
The bid will be put forward by the Department of Economic Development and the Isle of Man Cycling Association.
The proposal was announced in Glasgow yesterday - the city where Manx Missile Mark Cavendish took the 2013 British title.

And the bid has been given a nod of approval from Scotland's Commonwealth Games and Sport Minister Shona Robison:-
