Dunlop targets six with Supertwin win

by isleofman.com 4th April 2014

Michael Dunlop has set his sights on six wins at TT 2014.
He describes the ambition as a 'massive target' as he looks to win all solo classes, except the TT Zero.
Last year, he equalled Phillip McCallen's 1996 record of four victories in a week, one less than Ian Hutchinson's unique 2010 campaign.
Dunlop will ride a new McAdoo Racing ER-6 Kawasaki machine in the Lightweight TT and will start at number six on the grid.
Guy Martin has entered the class for the first time and starts at number 4.
Ivan Linton will be first away followed by last year's winner and lap record holder James Hillier.
Returning 2012 champion Ryan Farquhar sets off at number 3 with Michael Rutter at 5.
The rest of the top ten is:
7 - Gary Johnson (Chinese WK machine)
8 - Jamie Hamilton
9 - Keith Amor
10 - Dan Cooper (Chinese WK machine)
The grid of Supertwins will be the biggest in the three years of the class being part of the TT race schedule.
