The sides defeated in last weekend’s FA Cup semi-finals bounced back with league victories on Saturday.
Second placed St Mary’s heaped more misery on strugglers Ramsey Youth Centre with a 5-0 victory at the Bowl.
Steven Priestnal hit a double to move top of the Canada Life Premier League
goalscoring charts.
He was joined on the scoresheet by Marc Priestnal, Brian Crellin and sub Paul Craig.
Peel won the old firm battle with a 2-0 win at rivals Rushen.
First half goals from Dan Pickering and Andy Quirk secured the westerners three welcome points and continued what has been a pretty poor Rushen run since the turn of the year.
Castletown are also looking set for Division Two next season.
A Callum Stewart hat-trick and a Darren Hudgeon goal consigned them to another home defeat as Old Boys ran out 4-0 winners at the Stadium.
