The Isle of Man women’s team suffered penalty heartache as they were beaten in the final of the Inter Island tournament on Saturday.
After a 5-1 victory over Guernsey in Friday evening’s semi-final, the Manx side were defeated on spot-kicks in the final against Jersey.
The hosts won 3-2 in a shoot-out after the sides had drawn 2-2 in normal time.
