Despite scoring through Steven Crowe and Danny Hamill, Vikings A bowed out to end a disappointing campaign.
Bacchas B will meet Valkyrs A in the final after Ollie Webster and Gareth Morris doubles sealed a 4-0 success over Castletown A.
In the Women’s Cup semi-finals, Ramsey A turned on the style to thrash Bacchas A 6-1.
A Christina Kermeen hat-trick, a Vicky Garner double and a Sophie Stout goal meant Sam Franklin’s strike was a mere consolation.
In the final they will meet favourites Vikings A.
They remain on course for a league and cup double after goals from Louise Slater (penalty), Chelsea Bawden, Kim Carney, Zoe Carney and a first ever goal for Lucy McGinn sealed a 5-1 win over Castletown A, whose reply came from regular scorer Dani Kelly.
