The start and finish is outside the House of Manannan.
The 4 mile men’s race starts at 2.15pm, the 3-mile women’s race at 3.05pm.
Alex Short from Cambridge and Manx Harrier Rachel Franklin were the winners of the 10K in the south of the Island last night.
