Two men have been arrested and are in police custody after a female pedestrian was killed in a collision on the Tholt-e-Will Road.
No further details about either the victim, who died at the scene, or those under arrest have been released.
The incident happened at 4.50pm on Saturday and involved a dark blue Ford Focus hatchback.
Officers are in contact with the woman’s family.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle being driven on the Mountain Road shortly before the incident.
