Plans for new school unveiled

The Department of Education and Children has submitted plans to build a new Island primary school.

The ?9.8 million facility, named in honour of Henry Bloom Noble, would replace the ageing Ballacloan infants and Fairfield junior schools in Douglas.

Minister Tim Crookall says it’s significant investment in two schools which have limited facilities and no room for expansion.Clip 1
