Time for re-think on illegal drugs, says chief minister

It’s time for a re-think on drugs.
So says the Island’s chief minister, who believes world nations are considering a fresh approach in the way they deal with illegal substances.
Last week, Professor David Nutt, the UK government's former advisor on drugs policy, addressed an Island audience and suggested the Isle of Man should open cannabis coffee shops.
