Police are concerned for the welfare of Victoria Emma Louise Hillier 37years old missing from the Douglas area. She is about 4’ 8” tall, stocky build and has very long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue blouse, blue jeans and possibly a brown chequered jacket. She was last seen at 4pm Wednesday 7th May 2014 in Douglas.
