The best-known family in pop music will be on the Island later this year – playing what’s expected to be Island’s biggest gig of 2014.
The Jacksons will appear in the gardens at the Villa Marina on September 11.
Original members Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, and Tito will perform their huge array of hits alongside their brother Michael on a giant video screen.
Tickets will go on sale on the internet this morning (Fri) from 8.30 and will be available on the hotline and in person at the Welcome Centre from tomorrow.
Over the course of their 50-year career, the Jacksons recorded just one UK number 1 single – but their first four releases went straight to number 1.
Their classic hits include ABC, Blame it on the Boogie, I Want You Back, and I’ll Be There as well as Never Can Say Goodbye and Shake Your Body.
