Young people show off creative writing talents

by isleofman.com 12th May 2014
The Hall Caine Prize for Creative Writing has given young people the chance to use their imaginations and to develop writing skills.
These days with the shorthand that is texting, potentially damaging real writing, this has been a great exercise.
Prize winners in the Primary (11 year-old Amy Hawke from Cronk-y-Berry Primary School), Key Stage 3 (13 year-old Ffinlo Wright from King William’s College) and Key Stage 4 (15 year-old Laura Stewart from King William’s College) categories gave a brief description of their story.
The Key Stage 5/Isle of Man College category winner was 18 year-old Bridget Bale from QEII. Clip 1
