Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault which happened 7.25pm yesterday evening, Monday 12th May 2014, at the corner of Upper Dukes Avenue and Dukes Road, Douglas. This has involved a group of male youths believed to be aged between 10-15 years of age with BMX style bikes.
