Further Langness talks planned

by isleofman.com 19th May 2014
Further talks will take place between Derbyhaven residents and a developer over future development at Langness.

The Dandara Group plans to demolish the landmark Castletown Golf Links Hotel and replace it with a new 50 bedroom hotel along with serviced and residential apartments.

Members of the Derbyhaven Residents Association welcome a replacement hotel but are concerned about potential inappropriate development.

Chairman Tim Cullen says there’s been an open and informative dialogue between the parties so far – and he’s confident that will continue.Clip 1
