National Smile Month has arrived at Tracey Bell, and the Tracey Bell team wants to give the whole island something to smile about.
The Tracey Bell team will be holding a full week of special events to participate in the UK’s biggest oral health campaign. National Smile Month aims at promoting and raising awareness of good oral hygiene and takes place from 19th May 2014 to 22nd June 2014.
From the 2nd of June 2014 to the 5th June 2014 Tracey Bell and the team will be providing FREE dental examinations and hygiene appointments for all adults and children on the island. The clinics will open their doors between 2pm-6pm each day during TT week and will be providing the patients with an oral health assessment, the opportunity to discuss their dental care and all they ask for is a smile and a donation (however much the patient feels appropriate) for the charity Manx Breast Cancer Support Group. Dr Tracey Bell wanted to put to use the free dental check-ups & help a charity based here on the island. Across the UK & island over 50,400 women and men are diagnosed with breast cancer each year.
Fundraiser Carole Male of the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group said “I am delighted that Tracey Bell and her team have offered their services free as a means to promote good oral health and in turn raise money for improving detection, diagnosis and the treatment of breast cancer”.

This week will be a great opportunity to provide our time to educate and provide dentistry to those unable to access dental services, or for those whom simply need a dental health check up. A small donation to Breakthrough Breast Cancer is all we ask for, and a smile is always appreciated.”
In order to attend a free oral exam and hygiene visit, individuals simply book an appointment by calling the practice and attend at the designated time.
