War life to come to life at the Grove

by isleofman.com 25th May 2014
World War One, as seen through the eyes of a local family, will be re-enacted at the Grove Museum over the next two days (Sunday and Monday).

Today and tomorrow, visitors will be guided on a walking tour of the Ramsey House, and in each room the History in Action players will bring the stories to life.
Tours will take place at midday, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm each day, and tickets can be bought at the Manx Museum, online at manxnationalheritage.com, or from the Grove itself.

The actors used a local newspaper as their basis for research, and Community Engagement Officer Katie King says the actors will bring these stories to life:Clip 1
