Molyneux fastest in practice

by isleofman.com 27th May 2014

The 2014 TT is well and truly underway with perfect conditions for last night's first practice session.

Manx sidecar team Dave Molyneux and Patrick Farrance set a blistering pace, with their quickest opening night speed ever. Bruce Anstey led the field in the solo qualifying session at 127.473 mph, just edging out John McGuinness whose best lap was 126.355mph.

Clear blue skies and sunshine meant newcomers got the opportunity to complete their controlled laps around the famous mountain circuit, after wet conditions forced the cancellation of Saturday's session.
