Appeal after bike damaged

Constable Donna Kearns from Central Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating an incident whereby a motorbike has been hit whilst it was parked just prior to the junction of Tromode Road and the bottom of Bray Hill, Douglas which resulted in it falling onto its side and causing extensive damage. The incident happened between 6.30pm and 7.25pm yesterday, Monday 26th May 2014,.
 
The incident happened during the TT practice race so there were lots of spectators and TT marshals in the area at the time.
 
PC Kearns said “The Police would like to hear from anybody who may have been involved in, or witnessed anything at the time.”
