Robbery - teen on bail

A 19 year old man has been arrested and bailed after a robbery in Villiers Lane near Regent Street Post Office in Douglas.


Police are continuing to appeal for information about the incident which took place in the early hours of Saturday May 24. The victim, a 17 year old local man, had a phone and wallet taken from him. Police are appealing for information about a black LG Optimus mobile phone, a brown leather French Connection wallet with yellow interior and a HSBC bank card.


They are keen to speak to anybody who was in the area between 2am and 3am that morning. Contact Detective Constable Stephen Giddins on 631494 or call police headquarters on 631212.
