Escaped sheep close Mountain Road

by isleofman.com 27th May 2014
Police are asking people to be more considerate after thoughtlessness led to the Mountain Road being closed this afternoon.

Just after 3pm, somebody left a gate open on Snaefell – and officers had to close the road while they cleared escaped sheep.

The incident happened just above Guthries.

Police are reminding people to close gates behind them and avoid causing problems on the roads during the busy TT period.
