Steam Packet launches TT Magic Moments competition

by isleofman.com 29th May 2014

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has launched an online competition to celebrate the magic of the world-famous Isle of Man TT road races.

The Company is asking fans to share their best photos of the iconic TT festival on its Facebook page, so people around the world can see the action and atmosphere of the legendary event.

When the competition closes on 16th June, the Company will choose its favourite from all the entries and the photographer will win return travel with the Steam Packet Company for two passengers with a car, or with two motorcycles if preferred. The prize will be valid for travel on any Steam Packet Company scheduled sailing subject to availability.

The competition is looking for photos which best sum up the TT, or conjure up a magic memory of a fan’s time in the Island during the festival. They can be from any year, and don’t have to be of racing – they could be a group of friends enjoying the Bushy’s beer tent, a chance meeting of one of the TT stars, a famous Manx landmark or even sailing to the TT with the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.

The pictures can be of absolutely anything that shows exactly why the TT is such a special event with so much magical atmosphere.

Photos can be submitted at www.facebook.com/isleofmansteampacket, where you can also see all entries and read the competition terms and conditions.
