Brighter outlook for afternoon racing

by isleofman.com 2nd June 2014

TT organisers hope that racing will get under way at 2pm, as mist clears from the mountain and conditions around the road racing circuit continue to improve.

The mountain road is due to close at 1.15pm and the rest of the course at 1.30pm, ahead of the four lap Supersport race featuring all the top TT talent. It's hoped the second race of today, the Superstock, will get away at 6.15pm. Roads will be open between 5pm and 6pm, except for the mountain.
