Health minister opposes cannabis rethink

by isleofman.com 5th June 2014
The health and social care minister says he is personally opposed to the decriminalisation of cannabis - but he admits it's 'up to the wider world' to prompt a political debate on the issue.
Howard Quayle outlined his stance in the House of Keys on Tuesday.

However, Ramsey MHK Leonard Singer questioned that stance and said contradictory viewpoints were emerging from the health department.
Mr Quayle said it was natural for medical professionals to have differing viewpoints:Clip 1
