We're a wealthy nation

The World Bank has rated the Isle of Man as the eighth wealthiest nation in the world, according to the Daily Mail.


Described as only slightly larger than Hertfordshire, the Island is reported to be growing its economy by three to four per cent this year and is eighth wealthiest per capita. The online article quotes Economic Development Minister John Shimmin and Manx Telecom's chief executive Mike Dee.
