Plea from Environment Minister over pollution

The Minister for Environment, Food and Agriculture is asking members of the public to take care when working near rivers.
It comes after figures were released showing incidents of water pollution rose from 24 in 2012 to 28 last year.
The Environmental Protection Unit says 27 were minor while one was significant, with widespread effects on water quality and aquatic life.
The most serious incident was a slurry spill at Anderson Farms Ltd, of which Glenfaba MHK David Anderson is a director.
The company was fined ?7500 plus costs for polluting the River Neb.
Minister Phil Gawne says they will prosecute, but they do not want to.Clip 1
