A chance to ‘cash in’ on Ramsey in Bloom 2014

With a total of ?300 in prize money to be won it can pay to enter Ramsey in Bloom 2014.

Organised by Ramsey Town Commissioners this annual competition provides a unique opportunity for gardeners to showcase their horticultural skills. From window boxes to wildlife gardens, patios to planters, there’s a category for everyone and a chance to win one or more of 13 trophies and 25 prizes.

Ramsey Town Commissioners’ chairman Captain Nigel Malpass said: ‘Every year Ramsey in Bloom delivers delights, surprises and a truly staggering level of garden skills.

‘Ramsey in Bloom is a colourful example of the strong sense of community that distinguishes our town, with businesses as well as private individuals and neighbourhood groups all committed to making Ramsey an attractive and welcoming place for visitors and residents alike.’

Application forms are available from Ramsey Town Hall. Alternatively download a form from ramsey.gov.im, email enquiries@rtc.gov.im or to receive a form by post call 810100.

Judging will take place in late July.
