Minister defends Treasury NI review handling

The treasury minister has defended his department's handling of the Social Security and National Insurance review.
Eddie Teare was asked in Tynwald about why he didn't comply with financial regulations when awarding the company Ci65 Limited the contract for the second phase.
He said external consultancy was needed, and the former Department of Social Care led the work related to the appointment.
Mr Teare maintained financial regulations had been complied with:Clip 1
