Consultation on parking vital says Strand Centre Manager

Consultation is vital before any loss of free parking in Douglas
That's according to the manager of the Strand Shopping Centre.
The idea is being considered as part of a raft of measures as the Department of Infrastructure struggles to find a further ?5 million of savings.
Other suggestions include charging for school buses and increasing the age for eligibility for the free bus pass.
