Hot conditions for Parish Walkers

For those taking part in tomorrow's Manx Telecom Parish Walk, the weather could prove to be as big a challenge as the 85 mile course.
Conditions are forecast to be a good deal hotter than in recent years with the sun shining and no rain.
Organisers are advising walkers to wear light and loose clothing and slap on the sunscreen.
Race Walking coach Allan Callow says taking on fluids to remain hydrated will also be crucial:-
