World record beach clean attempt this week

by isleofman.com 23rd June 2014
A world record for the biggest beach clean is to be attempted in the Isle of Man at the end of the week.
It'll involve volunteers with the charity Beach Buddies and students from Ramsey Grammar School.
The target is for 1,000 people to be involved.
Volunteers are still needed, so if you want to be involved in the world record attempt turn up on Mooragh promenade, near the swimming pool, at 9am on Friday.
Assistant head teacher at the school Julie Owen says the students are looking forward to it:Clip 1
