Man accused of causing death by dangerous driving in court

A St John’s man charged with causing death by dangerous driving is due in court this morning (Tuesday).
Thirty year-old Donovan Kitching is accused of five offences, including causing the death of Gwen Valentine.
The 62-year-old from Winchester was visiting family when she was struck on the Tholt-y-Will Road on April the 26th.
Mr Kitching is also facing charges including possession of drugs, driving while disqualified and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.
A committal date is due to be set today before the Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
