Laxey Fair this Saturday

This Saturday sees the 43rd Laxey Fair.

Laxey Fair is well known for it's support of Island Charities.

Laxey Fair Queen will be crowned and Laxey School children will dress in Victorian costume and sing. This year there will be a WW1 theme.

The Event will start with a parade from the Rose Gardens taking place at 1:30pm with Onchan Silver Band leading the procession to the Valley Gardens with the Fair being officially opened at 2pm by The President of Tynwald Hon Clare Christian.

As well as Charity stalls, there will be Manx Folk Dancing, Onchan Entertainers, Young Magicians of Mann, other performers and a Tug of War competition.

Entertainment for all including a coconut shy, lucky dip, bouncy castles, a carousel, go-karts plus catering should you feel peckish
