Increase in credit for pre-school provision on the cards, says chief minister

There could be some good news in the pipeline for pre-school provision.
Chief Minister Allan Bell has hinted that an increase in the credit available may be announced shortly.
The news came in response to a House of Keys question from Onchan MHK Peter Karran about how money saved as a result of reforming child benefit was going to be allocated.
