Due process must be followed for Eastern Area plan

The Infrastructure Minister says the key to producing an Eastern Area plan is making sure it will stand up to scrutiny.
In the House of Keys on Tuesday, Lawrence Skelly said the aim was to produce a draft plan by 2016.
He said there was a great deal of preparation, including public inquiry, would be needed to ensure that it is entirely legal.
Mr Skelly said it was a priority for his department, but stressed that process had to be followed.Clip 1
